  2. Deployment phases • Migration to CallPilot in February 2004 • Introduction of MyCallPilot - spring 2004 • Desktop Messaging tests started in March 2004 • Deployment announced on March 14th, 2005

  3. Benefits • Visual aspect of DM stimulates usage of features like: • Call Sender (works with emails!) • Forward • Selective Playback • Distribution lists on MyCallPilot • WEB Voicemail

Deployment model • Voicemail box: $5.00/m • Desktop Messaging + outbound fax: $3.00/m • Desktop Messaging + inbound fax: $2.00/m • + AdditionalDID number • Dispatch Fax: $5.00/m • Additional storage (20 minutes): $5.00/m • Additional retention (7 days): $2.00/m • Special installation rate until July 1st, 2005

  5. Restrictions • Supported environment: Outlook/Exchange • Fax and voice on same number not supported • Lotus Notes or Groupwise not available • Limited functionality on MAC • Limited functionality on Outlook Express

  6. Deployment procedures • Users order the service through WOS • CSR’s configure mailbox • User downloads player • User downloads user guide
