Consultancy Process We will manage the following process: • Identify and approach suitably qualified candidates for the position you would like to close. • Carry out full face to face interviews with each screened candidate. These interviews will consist of a detailed discussion and explanation of the specific opportunity, an assessment of the candidate’s technical and interpersonal skills. • Provide a short report for each candidate shortlisted. A copy of each candidate’s CV will be included. • Make all necessary arrangements for you to meet/interview shortlisted candidates. Our offices are at your disposal in Russia should they be required as well as our visio-conference service. • Thereafter, liaise closely between you and short listed candidates at each subsequent stage of the recruitment cycle, including negotiations concerning the compensation package, as you require.
