  3. Bulgarian National Television BNT 1 is a Bulgarianlanguage public television station founded in 1959. It began broadcasting on December 26 the same year. Theheadquarters are located in Sofia, Bulgaria. BNT 1 is run by the Bulgarian National Television.Launched on October 16, 2011 the channel replaced the four regional television centers of BNT - BNT Pirin, BNT More, BNT Sever and BNT Plovdiv by combining their programmes into one.The first broadcast of the BNT Worldwas on 2 May 1999, then under the name "TV Bulgaria".

  4. BulgariaTeleVision bTVis the first privately owned national television channel in Bulgaria. It is operated by bTVMedia Group, part of Central European Media Enterprises, and is reportedly the Bulgarian television channel with the largest viewing audience. It was previously owned by Balkan News Corporation, part of News Corporation. On February 18, 2010, News Corp announced that it had agreed to sell 100% of bTV (along with bTV Comedy and bTV Cinema) to Central European Media Enterprises, after many months of negotiations. The US$400M deal was completed in the second quarter of 2010. bTV has a 37% market share in Bulgaria.

Nova Television (Bulgaria) Nova Television (also known as Nova televiziya literally New Television), NTV, Nova TV or simply Nova) is the first Bulgarian commercial television network launched on July 16, 1994. "Nova Televizia" has done its name justice over the years as being the most innovative and brave channel in Bulgaria by introducing new formats and genres in television in the country, some of which have often been perceived as scandalous or too edgy for mainstream TV. Nova Television airs Endemol productions: Big Brother (see Big Brother Bulgaria), Star Academy (see Star Academy Bulgaria), Deal or No Deal, 1 vs. 50, as well as Who Wants to Be a Millionaire? under the name Станибогат (Become Rich). Popular American TV series such as House, Lost, CSI and CSI: Miami, Leverage, Castle, Cold Case, Without a Trace, Sex and the City, Nip/Tuck, The Dead Zone, Star Trek: Enterprise, Prison Break, Ugly Betty, Heroes and Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles are also part of Nova Television's programme.

  8. bTV Radio bTVRadio is a Bulgarian radio station, part of bTV Radio Group, owned by the Central European Media Enterprises. It broadcasts from May 1, 2009 in Sofia, and later launched in Pernik and GotseDelchev. Its program is also transmitted via satellite across Europe. The station originally launched as a radio program of the television PRO.BG - PRO.FM. From October 2011, it is re-branded to the eponymous radio station of the television channel bTV, emitting the main of the television program. The radio will go on broadcasting only in Sofia.
