  2. Thispagewillsupportyour feedback meeting for theCompetencyReview. Use the Manager Guideline and the Check-List to help you in the process. For Mercer Participants please use your Individual report to check the Competencies and behaviors. The OPR Tool will consider your average in the manager column, all other information will be blank.

  3. In this page you’will be able to review your subordinate’s profile. Make sure that all the information is correct and up to date for you to present him/her during the OPR Meeting. To visualize the profile, click on the employee’s name.

  4. Align with your subordinate his mobility and career aspirations. This information will be important during the OPR meeting

  5. Complete the strengths and development opportunities agreed with your subordinate. Important! This texted completed in this filed will be reflected in the employee profile. And will be available for visualization.

  6. After discussing the competencies, you need to complete with your subordinate, his/her Development Plan.

  7. Once it is saved , the Self Evaluation form and the Competency Appraisal from the manager will be closed for changes. Not applicable for Mercer participants. The employee’s individual report will be released cointaining all the ratings and comments registered on it. It will be possible to access this report through this page and through the employee’s access. Not applicable for Mercer participants.
