  3. Taiji (Taichi) is one part of the traditional Martial Arts (Gungfu or Wushu ).

  4. Tai Ji is a graceful form of exercise to promote serenity through movements. It has existed for some 2,000 years.

  5. It is probably one of the earliest and longest lasting sports which utilizes both brawn and brain.

  6. Taiji is a unique combination of exercise, practical self-defense, self-discipline and art.
