Our trainees say • These last few weeks have been an amazing journey, I feel I have learnt an incredible amount, been inspired by your wonderful team of tutors, met some dedicated people and made some firm friends. I cannot thank you all enough for setting this year up for us all so well, and sending us out equipped with so much passion, knowledge and ideas. I am so excited about the future and can't wait to start weaving some magic amongst our children. Sir John Jones words will stay with me forever I am sure, and are going to be my mantra! • For me, the highlight of the course was the balance between practical experience and teaching theory. The long first placement was a fantastic opportunity to see real progression in pupil achievement and to develop our unique style of teaching.
Our schools say “The calibre of the Sussex trainees is really noticeable, they are professional and innovative.”
