  5. Moral Responsibility- Each individual must feel responsible for his own behavior.

  6. Institutions as Servants of Man- Social Institutions, whether they are domestic, education, cultural, or political, must serve people.

  7. Common Consent- The popular will must be the key to understanding.

  8. Devotion to truth- The truth must always be sought and social direction guided thereby.

  9. Respect for Excellence- There should be a constant search for excellence of mind, character, and creative ability.

  10. Moral Equality- All individuals are judged by the same moral standards.
