  3. Requirements • For a position as a special agent you have to have a 3 years of prior enforcement work history • Must have a bachelor’s degree • Agents go under a extensive hiring process, like physical abilities, background investigation, medical polygraph exam, and they must be age’s 21-37

  5. Working hours • Agents work from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. because agents often work overtime during undercover operations

  6. Responsibilities • Agents need to complete a 27 week training program in Glynco, Georgia and it’s the longest training programs
