I am in D.I.Q.! Wait…what does that mean? • Congratulations! • First Step to Leadership!
What does it take to be in D.I.Q or a Director? • Meet Thirty-One Director requirements two months in a row (next slide) • First Month: Paid as Senior Consultant (D.I.Q. month) • Second Month: Paid as Director • 3% on entire team • 25% on your sales PLUS a 3% retail sales bonus (total of 28%)
What are the requirements for Director? • Thirty-One Requirements: • 4 qualified ($1,000.00 in career sales) that have been enrolled/recruited personally by you • Minimum of $1,000.00 in personal volume (PV) • Minimum of $4,000.00 in Team Sales (TS) which includes your personal volume
