Qualitative Assessment Including But Not Limited To: Organizational and Management Skills Effective Instruction Continuous Improvement and Professional Growth Interpersonal Skills Leadership Skills
Career Status Three Consecutive Complete School Years in One District AND
Career Status Rating of Superior on the TLE for Two of the Three School Years OR
Career Status Four Consecutive Complete School Years In One School District AND
Career Status Averaged a Rating of At Least Effective on the TLE For the Four-Year Period AND Rating of At Least Effective for the Last Two Years
Career Status OR If Less Than Effective During the Four-Year Period AND Principal and Superintendent Submit a Petition Which is Approved by the Board
Dismissal or non-renewal of probationary teacher For Cause Or Rating of Ineffective for 2 consecutive years, OR If Career status not Achieved Within a Four-Year Period
