  2. Sunday Food Services MCP Current Services in the Church (1) (in alphabetical order) • Administration:- Treasurer- Administrator • Board of Deacons • Book store • Church Choir • Church cleaning • Deacons • Kitchen servants

  3. Current Services in the Church (2) • Korban team • Mail • Maintenance team • Member ID cards • New Comer assistance • Seniors group • Sunday School • Theater group • Website servants

  4. Added Roles Needed (1) • CYC cleaning volunteers:- 10more volunteers are needed on a weekly basis to carry out this task.- Their service will be on a weekday.

  5. Added Roles Needed (2) • CYC Sunday Banquet Hall (BH)Volunteers:- 5 volunteers are needed for the BH every Sunday to reset the hall after Sunday service.- Their service will be from 1:00 – 2:30 PM

  6. Added Roles Needed (3) • CYC Sunday Gym Volunteers:- 20 volunteers are needed for the Gym every Sunday to organize the play time.- They will be divided into 2 groups (10 each).- The first group will serve from 2:00 – 6:00 PM.- The second group will serve from 6:00 – 10:00 PM.- The groups will be led by the sports coordinator.

  7. Added Roles Needed (4) • MCP Chaperones:- 5- 10 chaperones will be needed for the MCP every weekend.- Chaperones will be requested to be at the CYC from 5:00 PM on Friday till after the liturgy on Sunday.- They will also be requested to attend the orientation and training set by the MCP coordinator at arranged times.

  8. Added Roles Needed (5) • MCP Chaperones:- Chaperones will be requested to fill out an application as per the policy required by the insurance company.- Registration for chaperone volunteers is now open online on the church website (top right corner: “Youth Center”) - Selection of chaperones will depend on various considerations.

  9. Added Roles Needed (6) • Inventory Support Group:- The church utilizes massive inventories in three main areas: the kitchen, cleaning supplies, and the sanctuary.- Individuals volunteering here will be responsible for a certain item on the inventory list or dedicate a certain sum of money to help provide for it.

  12. Added Roles Needed (7) • Prayer Group:- A prayer meeting dedicated to the church service will be held every Friday at St. Anthony Chapel from 7:00 – 8:00 PM.
