  2. Vincent Issier found the executive education programs offered by prestigious universities, such the Haas School of Business at the University of California Berkeley, to be particularly helpful. These courses include Negotiation and Influence, Berkeley Executive Leadership Program, and Financial Acumen for Leaders.

  3. Vincent Issier is a skilled P&L and product life cycle management professional with a wealth of knowledge.

  4. Vincent Issier started working on Nanolase as an engineer in 1998, specializing in passive Q-switched microchip lasers.

  5. Vincent relocated to California in 2002 in order to consolidate the Commercial Lasers R&D department following JDSU's acquisition of Nanolase. Vincent Issier worked in R&D and held a number of administrative positions until 2010.
