  2. Vincent Issier has connected himself to various institutes, which have helped him to achieve success and have also helped him to develop his professional career.

  3. These institutions include the University of California, Berkeley's Haas School of Business, Financial Acumen for Leaders, The Berkeley Executive Leadership Program, and Negotiation and Influence.

  4. With years of P&L and product life cycle management experience, Vincent Issier is a seasoned pro in product line management. Vincent Issier has worked at Nanolase since 1998 and has held many engineering positions emphasizing passive Q-switched microchip lasers.

  5. After JDSU acquired Nanolase in 2002, Vincent relocated to California to integrate the Commercial Lasers R&D team. Vincent Issier held different managerial jobs and worked in research and development until 2010.

  6. Since then, Vincent has been a part of the Product Line Management team, primarily overseeing the Micromachining division. Vincent Issier is the Senior Director of Product Line Management at Lumentum US, in charge of the M&A funnel and the Micromachining division.
