Key Headlines • 23 out of 24 exceptions have new forecast dates for achievement and reasons for delay • Number of exceptions has increased slightly as new data recording mechanism now in place • CQC Action Plan format changed, RAG status for tasks in the process of being updated * 1 Task for February 2010 completed early
Key Risks • Mandatory training still remains a high priority in order to achieve targets • Recruitment success is variable across the Trust • Embedding cultural change has commenced through a number of Trust actions and initiatives, however this needs to become part of transformational change and business as usual
