2. slaves The slaves where captured from their daily lives. They where escorted to a ship and they where chained with their arm and foot. While they where on the ship they where treated like cattle and sheep and had little food to eat. Eventually after fights and disappoint of never going to escape they had arrived at the auction . When they where at the auction they where tested for physical activity's and healthiness and if they where to people expectations they would by the slave and they would go to work on a farm. The slaves eventually got there freedom and rights through court cases and strikes.

3. 55% of African slaves where sent to Africa and the percentages that remains is 45% and those where sent to England and other countries that needed them at that time .

4. The blues song The blues songs express pain and sadness through out . They use to use instruments like drums . The most popular instrument that was used was a drum . They would use any materials they would find and turn them into drums . Some of the popular materials that was use to make drums where cow skins and sheep's Some of the popular people that made songs for the blues where
