  3. Emotional Quotient is the ability to understand, manage, and positively use our emotions. These emotions can be used to communicate with someone effectively, empathise with others, overcome hurdles, and even solve conflicts.

  4. A positive attitude can keep you engaged, respected, and mannered in all ways. Emotionally intelligent minds are aware of the moods of the people around them, and thus, they can form their attitudes.

Other ways to establish a pleasing EQ are to be approachable and sociable, take criticism very well, question your thoughts and opinions, take accountability for your feelings, etc. As Vinod Adani says, by understanding your thoughts and situations carefully, you can successfully gain a high emotional quotient, which can help you reach your full potential and achieve your goals.
