  2. Adjective “ER” • The suffix er is often added to adjectives to compare two things. • Examples:My feet are large.Your feet are largerthan my feet.

  3. When a one-syllable adjective ends in a single consonant and the vowel is short, double the final consonant before adding er. When a word ends in two or more consonants, adder.

  4. Adjectivesthataddest: • Adjectives that end with -est compare three or more things. • EXAMPLE : • Alexis is the fastest player on the team. (fast)

  5. COMPLETE THE CHART . USE COMPARATIVE AND SUPERLATIVE FORM.
