Tolerance ischemie • mozek 5 minut • myokard 40 minut při normotermii, při kardioplegii hodiny. • ledvina 45 minut až 1 hodina s nutností hypotermie • játra 45 minut až 1 hodina při normotermii • střevo 2-3 hodiny, maximálně 6 hodin. • svaly 4-6hodin • kůže méně něž 10 hodin • periferní nervy méně než 12 hodin • pojivová tkáň více než 12 hodin.
