  2. WORKSHOP BY SHANTHI ASHRAM FOR IAYP STUDENTS TOPIC : ETHICS AND CHILDREN EDUCATION HELD ON 16TH NOV 2011

  3. On Ethical Road....... Shanthi Ashram in collaboration with Arigato Foundation Japan conducted a workshop - Ethics Education for children and youth -in connection with the community service, an integral aspect of IAYP. Students found the programme highly enriching.

  4. Our students wrote the 14th National Science Olympiad exam on the 17th of November.

  5. SKATING COMPETITION STATE LEVEL HELD ON 17TH OF NOVEMBER

  7. VISIT TO PERUR TEMPLE BY IAYP STUDENTS ON 18TH NOV 2011

  8. SHRAMDHAN Under IAYP our students of class XI organised a Shramdhan visit to Perur Temple and cleaned the area around the temple to create an awareness about preserving our cultural heritage.

  17. 20 Tamil delegates from the Ministry of Education Singapore visited our school to know about the methods adopted in the teaching and learning of Tamil Language .The delegates were given a rousing welcome with a variety of cultural programmes which showcased the significance of Tamil Culture and heritage.

  20. The National Foundation for Communal Harmony observes the Communal Harmony campaign week every year from 19th to 25th November and the last day of the week is celebrated as Flag Day . The Flag Day spreads message of Communal Harmony and national integration. It was a great effort on the part of our children to have raised a fund of Rs.39, 836 /- towards the National foundation for Communal Harmony. The funds will aid the foundation to carry out rehabilitation activities for the children who were rendered destitutes due to communal riots and violence. Students presented inspiring songs and vibrant dances which portrayed Communal Harmony

  21. Budding instrumentalists showcase talent HELD ON 25TH & 26TH NOV 2011

  22. School saw great instrumentalists in our students when they played for Instrumental competition .Preliminary rounds took place on 25th for primary students and 26th for high school & secondary students. The finals will be held in the month of December.

  23. CREATIVE WRITING COMPETITION Held on 26th Nov 2011

  27. Pathways Career Guidance Programme presented the second session to the students of class XI , a panoramic view of the different career options available so as to help them to have a clear idea of what they can expect from themselves.
