How do we operationalize the practice of Inclusive Education? Modifying the mind that has been rigidly immersed in traditional special education – general education dichotomy will not be easy. • This endeavor demands enormous preparation long before implementation because it involves an adoption of an ideology.
Readiness to embrace changes guided by principles and guidelines will require • a strong ideological foundation, • a purposive mind to master logistics, and • a pure heart that commits itself to the best interest of the child with SEN.
