Union-wide KPIs & PIs for RP2 Frank Brenner, Director General of EUROCONTROL, The Sixth International Civil Aviation Conference, 18th November 2013 Key Performance Indicators (Target setting): • Safety: • Effectiveness of Safety Management (both Regulators and ANSPs). • Application of RAT methodology. • Environment: • Horizontal en route flight efficiency of the last filed flight plan trajectory. • Horizontal en route flight efficiency of the actual trajectory. • Capacity:En-route ATFM delay per flight. • Cost-Efficiency:Determined unit rate for en route ANS. + other KPIs at local level: Just Culture, Arrival ATFM delays, Terminal Determined Unit Costs. Performance Indicators (monitoring): • Many additional PIs to be monitored both at Union-wide and local levels.
