InsertingNewSlides Toinsertnewslides,clickontheNewSlidebuttonontheFormattingtoolbarorselectNewSlidefromthe Insertmenu.Anewslidewillappearafterthecurrentslideinyourpresentationandthelayoutthatisapplied ontheinsertedslideistheBulletedListlayout. TheRedobutton,obviously,istodoagainthecurrentaction. Rememberthatwhenyouhavealreadysavedapresentation,andwantingtoundoorredoanaction, PowerPointdoesnotallowthisfeature. FormattingBullets ABulletListisbasicallyalistofdifferentterms.Thebeginningofeachitemisseparatedbyaspecial charactercalledabullet.Themostoftenusedbasicbulletcharacterlookslikealargedot(•),although practicallyanyothercharacter--evennumbers--canbeusedasbulletsdependingonyourneeds. OfficeProductivityTools2 UsingtheSpellCheck Onceyouhaveenteredtextintoyourslidepresentation,sometimes,youcannotavoidthefactthatthereare errorsinyourspellingthatyoumighthaveoverlooked.PowerPointhasthespellcheckerfeature,which helpsyoudetectandcorrectanyspellingerrors. Amisspelledwordisindicatedbyared,wavyunderline.Tocheckformisspelledwords;selecttheSpelling commandfromtheToolsmenuorsimplyclickontheSpellingbuttonfromtheStandardtoolbar.Thesetwo procedureswillopentheSpellingdialogbox.IgnorethemisspelledwordorReplaceitwithanother.
