Analysis and Recommendations • Shared Vision: focus on long-term cooperative action • Need to undertake negotiations on SV on 2 principles: • Equity • Historical responsibilities and common and differentiated responsibilities • Adaptation and means of implementation • Need to focus on actions: urgent and immediate needs • Need for adaptation costing capacities • Establishment of regional centres • Mitigation • Keep a firewall between mitigation commitments and mitigation actions (NAMAs) • No differentiation • Cooperative sectoral approaches: need to consider further and prepare sectoral studies
