Enhancing SIGCHI's Global Reach and Local Support

SIGCHI, with a stable membership and a strong presence in the HCI community, aims to increase support for its members across the globe.   3. Global Plan Strongly increase support for our membership, by recruiting more specialized volunteers, by responsibly spending what the membership and activities bring in
