Opportunities to improve wellbeing in the new system Building on previous achievements Integration of the substance misuse agenda into Local Government A focus on building social capital Integration with the safeguarding agenda Young peoples substance misuse services and transitions Outreach services Integrated commissioning and an integrated approach to substance misuse treatment systems SMS outcomes as Health and Wellbeing Strategy priorities and Council corporate priorities/ Public Health Outcomes framework
