  21. 2010 Legislative Session • Legislative Priorities: • SunRail - Central Florida Commuter Rail • Support approval of FDOT/CSX terms for joint use • Support appropriation for 61-mile track purchase • Support other regions’ commuter/light rail goals including dedicated funding sources for Tri-Rail, etc. • Passed in December Special Session

  24. 2010 Legislative Session • Legislative Priorities: • Street Racing – Luis Rivera Ortega Street Racing Act - SB 768 • Fine increased to $1000 minimum/$3000 maximum for 2nd conviction within 5 years • License revoked and $2000 minimum/$5000 maximum fine for 3rd conviction within 5 years • Passed
