How To Use This Template • To start a new presentation using this template • Double-click or open the template • Select Save As from the File menu • After saving, delete any slides that you don’t need • To change the Footer at the bottom of all slides • Select Header & Footer from the View menu • Edit the values you wish to change and click OK • We recommend that you do NOT use the automatic date/time feature of the Footer, since that will be updated to the current date each time your slides are viewed or printed Barbershop Harmony Society Confidential

How To Use Colors • The BHS color values • Brown – R:112 G:70 B:0 • Green – R:18 G:84 B:30 • Yellow – R:212 G:120 B:6 • Blue – R:71 G:94 B:178 • Black – R:0 G:0 B:0 • White – R:255 G:255 B:255 • Additional color values • Faint Blue – R:239 G:242 B:249 • Color use • Brown, Green, Yellow, Blue, Black – BHS logo • Brown – slide text • Yellow – slide bullets • Blue – slide borders, slide titles • Faint Blue – BHS letters on slide background • To use the color values • Select the object (such as text) that you wish to color • Select the appropriate menu item to edit the object’s color, such as Font from the Format menu • Select the color dropdown and choose More Colors or Customize • Locate the custom values for RGB and enter the values above for the color desired Barbershop Harmony Society Confidential
