Psycho-education and condoms failed. Knows that she has this illness, promises not to spread, but cometh to moment she can not act according to her knowledge. Afraid for her safety, her mother wants her to be institutionalized

Summary Individual rights should not be seen as a complete moral theory, but as a minimum and at times enforceable rule that all people should strive towards in their treatment of others
