Integration as a method is quite widely used at school in Lithuania nowadays. Integrated education allows teacher to combine the curriculum subjects creatively and to customize the program to his class.
Working on the updated general education programs and cooperating with the choreography, music, technology, and art teachers have created the following projects - “The Pink Heart Kingdom ",“TheWorld Cultures Cognitive Day”, “Unified Cultural Differences". The aim of these projects is to improve students’ English language skills, the use of ICTand also to form their cultural identity, tolerance and respect for other nations.
Integrated lesson – project – play„THE PINK HEART KINGDOM“ This project has looked for new forms of educational work and creative implementation of new educational ideas at school. Its aim is to develop pupils' cultural life, their artistic and creative expression; to encourage them to take an interest in English.
„THE PINK HEART KINGDOM“(„Rožinės širdies karalystė“) To prepare the performance, the students, with the help of art, music and dance teachers develop their creativity - they make clothes and decorations, choose the music and create dances. The play is about two princes who are vying for the hand of the Princess of Pink Heart Kingdom.
The year 2008 was declared the European Year of Intercultural Dialogue.
European culture is based on a variety. It consists of our entire common heritage and it’s a framework of our unity.

Integrated education ismore relevant for allchildrenbecause: • It matches their psychological characteristics much more than the training (children understand the environment as a whole); • It helps to interest children in educational material; • It allows one to create an active community in the classroom; • It provides the possibility to extend the curriculum • The skills, abilities and children's communication becomes more important than individual knowledge. • Children have the opportunity to use to their experience and the knowledge in real life
