  1. VYCAB Kiosk App Welcome to VYCAB Kiosk App! You can place this Kiosk at the Hotel reception or any other popular destination where the users can book the taxi using your App. Let’s get started!

  2. On this screen, the user will fill in their personal details - name, email address/mobile number and password to access the services.

  3. Now, to make the booking, the user has to select their preferred language and currency. Then, choose their destination where they want to go. A time estimate will be displayed, the user then has to click ‘Proceed’ to make the booking.

  4. Here, the user will get an option to select between different vehicle types available - Eco, First, Business, Van.

  5. Once you select the vehicle type, a map opens up showing the estimated time taken by the driver to reach the pickup location.Here, you can also see the Fare estimation. The user then has to select ‘Book Now’ to make the final bookings.

  6. Once the user selects ‘Book Now’ option, the App will send a request to all the drivers in the defined radius, who have the specific vehicle type chosen by the user.

  7. Once your Booking is Confirmed, all the details are given to the driver on their device. Here, you can see the description of the vehicle and Driver’s details.
