  1. Screen Name: IFDD Screen Use: The IFDD screen is used to view the child’s trust account and will show all payments/disbursements on behalf of the child. IFDD Screen Description: Client Financial Ledger Scenario: As a support staff person you have been requested to find out the total funds used for a particular child.

  2. This section of the IIS screens training will teach you how to access the IFDD screen to view the child’s trust account.

  3. IFDD,DF89745,b,100106 Open a blank DHR screen, Type IFDD,case number,person letter,date and then press Enter.

  4. DF89745,b,100106 DF89745 Pecan, Butter Van Pecan, Pie V J23569 Cobb, Corn P98524 Mignon, Filet G47896 Chop, Pork J23569 Cobb, Corn The Client Financial Ledger Display screen appears. This screen lists the date of the month you entered. You may enter a date further back to review checks that have been written in earlier months and years.

  5. DF89745,b,100106 DF89745 Pecan, Butter Van Pecan, Pie V J23569 Cobb, Corn P98524 Mignon, Filet G47896 Chop, Pork J23569 Cobb, Corn The Client Financial Ledger Display screen appears with check transaction number, description of payee and the amount received.

  6. Click the ‘X’ to close and return to the Main Menu When you have completed viewing the IFDD screen, press the Pause Break key. A blank DHR screen will appear so that you can complete work for other screens.
