Methods: Measurement period and data sources • Targets • Period: October 2011-September 2012 (annual) • Data sources: COP, SAPR • Sex and age disaggregation included when available • Achievements • Period: October 2011-June 2012 (goal: 75% of target met) • For some indicators, data was only available through March 2012 (goal: 50% of target met) • Data source: SAPR, Q3 update of SAPR • Sex and age disaggregation included when applicable

Methods: Indicators • Selected 12 NGI indicators included in COP in most countries (Swaziland reports 7/12 indicators) • Span multiple programmatic areas • 11 indicators have numeric targets (e.g. # of pregnant women with known HIV status in PMTCT setting) • Calculate % target achieved • Numerator=Achievement / Denominator=Target • 1 indicator has % target (i.e. % of ART patients known to be alive and on treatment at 12 months) • Assess whether target exceeded, achieved or not achieved • Compare % retained in last reporting quarter to target
