Our adventure began with the search for a question: Just what was bothering those pesky protozoas?

We knew SOMETHING dark and mysterious…

And maybe a little scary was happening….

But we were determined to find out what!

So we set out into the wilderness…

To collect a soil sample or two…

Then it was back to the lab…

Where we all worked very hard!

Though no one QUITE as hard as poor Carley!

Of course, not everyone got excited…

And sometimes things were a little out of focus…

But in spite of an unusually large number of people appearing to be lost along the way…

…combined with some rather unique fashion choices for the lab…

And some groups becoming a little “possessive” about their work…

Projects were completed…

Experts were consulted…

And in the end….

Everyone smiled …

…okay, well maybe not EVERYONE…

But most of us had a good time!
