Registration Procedure City of Leuven • Registration in Belgium: • @Foreigners Office - City Hall • Afterhavingsecured a permanent address • Submitallrequireddocuments → As EEA citizen: different options to register as astudent in Belgium. Check your home country’slegislation on studyingabroadbeforestartingregistration. • PoliceControl

Change of Address Whenmoving, keep in mind to: • report your new addressto the city hall of Leuven or your new place of residence, within 8 days. • Giveyour new addressto: • the KU Leuven • the health insurancefund • otherrelevant offices/suppliers (hospital, telephone company, …) • Do My Move – postal service Bpost !
