  2. Who Are Migrant Help A charity established in 1963 by Helen Ellis MBE to help foreign nationals in distress in the UK Ports & docks & au pairs! A project based organisation emerges – Ugandan Asians, Bosnian evacuations and an Ostend office The Asylum Years Where we are now – human trafficking
