Predictive Behaviors…How do you Know They Know? • Can they find the contract/agreement? • Do they know the players? • Can they tell you one behavioral nuance about the parties involved? • What’s one thing you KNOW will happen on your project in the next two months?
Energy and Enthusiasm • Have they brought new interests, talents, approaches to bear? • Have they been “caught” being pleasant? • What constitutes an “appropriate” level of enthusiasm? The FBI

Can you find the contract/agreement? Do you know the players? Can you tell me one behavioral nuance about the parties involved? What new approaches have you tried? Who is innovating on your team? Any new technologies/strategies that need organizational attention? Who’s actually smiling on your team? Can you identify key players outside your own hierarchy? What was the last new book you bought? What was the last new book you read? Is your report readable? Does it require explanation/interpretation? Could I understand your project well with less data? Have you ever used the product/service you’re building? Do you know how [insert your least favorite department here] feels about the product/service you’re building? What rules/guidance are we following? Are we creating some of our own rules? Are we capturing them? Are we sharing them with others? Improving-Asking the Right Questions...
