  2. The centre will release fund to State . The State will receive the Fund from centre and will add its own share The State will release the fund to district.   5. Fund is released by centre in two installments . Adhoc :- 25% of last year’s total fund. Balance of First Installment:- 60 % of current year’s PAB approval– ( adhoc amount +Unspent balance of previous year) Second Installment :- Remaining of fund
