Chemical composition of cell. • As we know that all living bodies are made up of cells and cell contains living matter called protoplasm. • Actually chemical composition of protoplasm still not known perfectly. • How ever chemically it contains 70 to 90% water and other molecules. • The organic molecules contain elements such as carbon, hydrogen, nitrogen, oxygen, phosphorus and sulphure. • They make up about 90% of biochemical which ultimately make up the body of living organisms.
