  2. Wednesday 1 March Ash Wednesday Reflect • As Lent begins, we remember how Jesus spent 40 days in the desert. • While Jesus was in the desert he had hardly any food to eat or water to drink. There are many people around the world who live in poverty. Many struggle to earn enough money to have basic things like food, housing and clothing.   11. Friday 10 MarchLent Fast Day Give • Eat simply today and put any money you save towards your Lent collection, so that you can help Turn little fish into Big fish.

  12. Saturday 11 March Pray Say a prayer for children around the world who do not have the basic things in life, like enough food or the chance to go to school.

  16. Wednesday 15 March Act • Learning to farm fish has transformed Florence’s life. • Have a crafty day – draw and make fishy things. • You might want to sell your crafts to raise money to help more families learn to farm fish, so they have enough money to support themselves.
