  1. Add New Meetings to an interview for Appraisers (Primary and Secondary Care)

Add New Meetings (1/2) • There will be occasions where more than one meeting is required for an appraisal • Additional meeting to discuss MSF/PSQ; • Meeting got cancelled due to illness etc • To record additional meetings, DO NOT create another interview • Simply add meetings to original interview • Allows you to log how many meetings took place

  3. Login (as Appraiser) • Click on “Interviews” • Search for interview; and click on corresponding notepad icon • Don’t click on the names – this takes you to the user profile instead

  4. Click “Add new meeting date” • Enter details of new meeting • Note reasons/purpose of new meeting (e.g. new meeting to discuss MSF) • Click “Save” to finish • Repeat to add more dates as required 4
