Can I ask you some questions? What can we check in? Do you have an airport shuttle service? When does room service stop? thank you

  3. Dear Lulu, Thank you for the interest you have for our hotel. The check in starts from 2:00 pm. If you arrive before and the room is not ready, you may store your luggage for free at the reception. We do not have shuttles form the airport, although we can organize private transfers. The cost is of 180 € for a Sedan E car. The driver will wait for you at arrivals with your name on a board, and will bring you to our hotel. Concerning room service, it runs 24 hours a day. You may order any time. If you wish to book a room, feel free to let us know. We will forward you request to our reservations department. Best regards, Nina
