Goal Setting/Achievement • Try to keep your goals manageable • Remember there is only one of you and you have multiple full-time jobs so you can’t do it all • Try to create goals you can work on in steps • Float to Campus A and work, then to Campus B • Try to work with your aides (if you have them) • My aides are the only reason I can achieve most goals
