Flexible date range – Spring Break: can have groups depart for tour 2 days before or 2 days after requested departure date Summer Tour: can have groups depart for tour to begin 4 days before and after requested departure date Similar tour options – EF asks for 2nd and 3rd choice tours from all groups

Monthly Payment Plan Automatic deduction each month from credit/debit/checking Have 4 dates to choose from to have funds withdrawn each month Final payment deadline up to 25 days prior to departure No late fees TOTAL COST ÷ NO. Enroll with $95 enrollment fee 2.) 30 days later: $450 is due 3.) 110 days prior to tour: Remaining Program Fee is due 4.) 30 days prior to tour: Departure Fees are due *Invoices will be mailed prior to due payments and late fees will be assessed for any missed payments.

Tour Cancellation & Interruption Insurance Medical/Accident Insurance & Baggage/Property Insurance Flight Delay Insurance & 24 Hour Emergency Assistance Departure Fees Airline taxes & fuel surcharges set by government – Current price in quote but can fluctuate up until 30 days prior to tour Tips for Tour Director, Bus Driver, Local Guides Per person/day: $6 for Tour Director, $3 for Bus Driver, 1-2 Euro per Guide Beverages, Lunches & Spending Money Suggested: $45 -$60 per day for Europe • Program Fee Includes: • Round-Trip Airfare • Hotel Accommodations • Transportation • Breakfast & Dinner Daily • Full-Time EF Tour Director • Guided Sightseeing Tours with Local Guides • Entrance Fees to Select Attractions

Passports andVisas Lastly, Passport/Visa Fees are NOT included in the Tour Cost Valid passports are required for all travelers & may take up to 14 weeks to process Every traveler is responsible for securing all necessary documentation needed to travel Some destinations may require travel visas (refer to www.travel.state.gov for specific info) Non-U.S. citizens may require special visas or other documents to travel- please check with your local embassy if you fall into this category.
