  1. Its not so difficult to understand that the magic wand tool illustrator. There are many selection tool, present in illustrator like selection tool, direct selection tool. But magic wand tool designed in special way for the selection of colors. So we can describe that its used to select the single color with multiple shades of that color by single click. However the selection of the shades of color depends upon the tolerance setting. By using tolerance setting we can select numbers manually that show that such number of shades would be select while using that tool. As we increase the numbers its easy for us select the darker and lighter shades.
