1. Know your water need To avoid dehydration, it is important to know your water consumption needs and have a rough estimate about it so that you can track it.
2. Track physical activity After you track your ideal water intake, track your physical activities as well. Then, keep them synchronized to avoid dehydration.
3. Avoid going out Going out in summers will result in lots of sweating and physical activity. So, avoid it as much as possible.
4. Have more fruits Fruits and vegetables are the best sources of water. Have them as much as you can.
5. Get ample water Drink water on a regular basis. Get water delivery in San Diego to keep up with your needs.
