Verma – Chairman (Advisory Board) • Mr. Verma joined SBI as Probationary Officer in 1975 after doing masters in liberal arts. • In his career spanning more than 35 years, some of the recent assignments held by him in State Bank of India are as under: • Head of Corporate Accounts Group (CAG) unit for Eastern India • General Manager at International Division  • President and Chief Operating Officer –SBI Capital Markets Limited • Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer –SBI Capital Markets Limited • Deputy Managing Director & GE Mid Corporate • f) Deputy Managing Director & Chief Compliance Risk Officer • After superannuation, he was engaged by State Bank as advisor till July2012. • Currently, he is on the advisory board of a few domestic and multi- national companies in manufacturing, services and financial sectors.

Kumars Group and MW Corp Group in various capacities mainly as Senior Executive Director in Nath Group, CFO of S. Kumars Group and Managing Director of Entegra Limited.
