  2. 1) Matt Lotze has years of experience in his profession. He knows how to manage multiple challenging tasks. From 2005, he is working as a business management and a law advisor. He has advised more than 40 companies and corporations ranging in size from $500k to $100m on business management, structuring and also legal matters. His expertise are corporate streamlining, employee management, risk management, legal audits, business start up, franchising, corporate organization, contract negotiations, contract review, etc. 2) From 1995 to 2005, Matt Lotze became the CEO of Real Outlets Stores, LLC. He showed his management skills and established a retail system of liquidating overstock and distressed merchandise by building a chain of retail stores and also internet sales websites with a centralized distribution and wholesale location.

  3. 3) There he was trusted with the responsibility of importing and exporting from 7 countries, purchase negotiations, sourcing of merchandise, innovative profit center development, trained key employees, built a management and training systems for 75 to 100 employees to address all aspects of human resources, that include workers compensation, medical, payroll, risk management, cash flow and forecasting, CFO duties, P & L review. He generated annual revenue of $12 million. 4) Apart from this, From 1999 to 2005, Matt Lotze also served Real Estate developers Inc as its CEO. He successfully handled commercial real estate development and property management services of more than 300,000 square feet. He also managed strip center and community redevelopment and renovation.

  4. 5) He trained key employees, supervised leases, conducted negotiations, property maintenance, TI, expansions, collections, unlawful detainer actions, etc. Matt Lotze managed and coordinated managers and looked after all renting activities that include phone, shops, and in person presentations. 6) He also monitored all schedule and maintenance activities. He reviewed maintenance related projects and made sure that everything is carried out safely and on time. In addition to this, he ensured that all the complaints and service requests were fully addressed in a timely fashion. He took care of all liabilities, and also property incidents were handled immediately.
