Polonaises A slow dance of Polish origin in triple time. A piece of music for this dance or in its rhythm. Chopin’s 24 preludes, one in each of the major and minor key, were composed over a five year period between 1835 and 1839.
Waltz • It is dance in triple time performed by a couple who as a pair turn rhythmically around and around as they progress around the dance floor. • It is used informally to mean something that presents no difficulties and can be accomplished with little effort

Paris He moved to Paris because of the political instability in Warsaw Poland. He was diagnosed with tuberculosis on October 17th, 1849, in Paris. He is remembered as a composer and pianist who came up with his own style.
