FATEHPUR SIKRI Emperor Akbar planned this city as his capital but shortage of water compelled him to abandon it Today is a “Ghost city”, only visited by tourists. It’ s one of the finest examples of Mughal architectural splendor at his height

REAL PALACE JAIPUR Built following the principes set down in the “Shilpa Shastra”, ancien Hindu text of architecture. There are 2 gigantic silver unrs made to carry water of Ganges River when Madho Singh II went to London to attend the coronation of King Edward VII Also interesting is the “Court of the beloved”, with 4 door representing the 4 seasons, peacocks and lotus leaves adorn them
