Objectives • To determine members’ and non members’ opinion on adding a driving range to the Meadows • To determine possible pricing strategies for a new driving range • To determine what the golfers think of the pro shop • To determine what the golfers think of the bar & restaurant • To determine the members’ opinion on the course conditions
Methodology • Included surveys in the membership-renewal packages • Passed out surveys at the members dinner • Handed out surveys to non-members who have golfed at the Meadows. • Conducted a few personal interviews
Quantitative Methodology • Created two surveys • Members and Non members • Rating the Meadows • Opinions on a new driving range

Key Findings & Recommendations • 1. To determine members’ and non members’ opinion on adding a driving range to the Meadows
Recommendations • The Meadows should invest in a driving range based on the significant demand • Members would use a driving range • Most non-members would use it as well • Over 75% of members would accept membership fee increase • 75% of non-members would become a member of The Meadows

Recommendations • Membership fee can be increased • Significant majority of members would accept a fee increase • Fee increase could be around $75-80 • Non-members could be charged $5-6 for a large bucket of range balls • Well over 75% of non-members would pay $5-8

Recommendations • Very satisfied with the selection of apparel. • Price is where it should be, very content • There were a few golfers who expressed interest in more left-handed clubs

Recommendations • Overall, the course got sufficient reviews • Many found it above average with some excellent • Main Points of Interest • Improve the greens • Possibility of expanding the clubhouse • Work toward the new driving range
Limitations • Timing of the survey • Connecting with members and non-members • Return on surveys • Personal schedules
Conclusion • Completed our objectives • People want the driving range • Use average range prices to keep members happy • People may want more selection in the clubhouse • The bar and restaurant are loved • The course conditions have been great
